However, when there are complex shaped curved products and high precision requirements, the accuracy control of rebound is limited because it is difficult to accurately estimate the rebound amount.
The second method of changing the stress state of the sheet, the process control method, is used to control rebound. Usually, this process includes stamping, tension bending, and hot bending. During the stamping process, the additional stress in the thickness direction of the plate changes the stress distribution in the bending deformation area.
